Cerner is known in Kansas City and globally as a forward thinking healthcare company. They also are forward thinking about their campus. Cerner hired KC Restoration to finish their bronze elevator doors for a gleaming finish. They know that details count and hired us to keep their company’s campus looking its best. KC Restoration is glad to have one of Kansas City’s most notable companies as a client. We look forward to servicing all their future metal restoration needs.
We recently posted the work KC Restoration did at Westar Energy in Topeka, KS. They asked us to return and take care of some of the other details on their campus. Even though these fire department water standpipe connections are on the exterior of the building, the facilities manager wanted his entire building looking good. Our KC Restoration technicians cleaned, sanded, and coated these to give them a beautiful appearance.
Located in Kansas City’s Crossroads Arts District, the Vitagraph Film Exchange Building recently underwent a large-scale renovation, transforming a historic warehouse into a mixed-use facility housing retail and office space. KC Restoration was selected to work in this beautiful historic building, by MC Realty and the building’s owner to refinish the bronze elevators, water fountains, and stair step tread.
This historic Art Deco building is beautiful, from the exterior design to the elegantly appointed interior. KC Restoration is proud to be part of the transformation of this once 1930s film storage building to an environmentally friendly downtown office building. We love the revitalization that repurposing a building can have, not only on the businesses it houses, but on the surrounding community.
KC Restoration wishes everyone a happy Independence Day! We want to say “Thank You!” to our military and their families for the sacrifice required to keep our country free. May everyone enjoy their 4th of July weekend. We are blessed to be free!
