Bill and LeAnn’s mission trip

We want to send a big thank you to all our clients, partners, and staff for all the projects we’ve worked together to complete. Each and every one gives us the opportunity to strengthen the expertise you’ve come to expect from KC Restoration. We are thankful to have such opportunities in our daily life, and we are thankful that all the hard work and its’ accompanying success recently gave our family (Bill, LeAnn, and our daughter) the opportunity to join in a mission trip to the village of Turpin in Haiti. We recently returned blessed with new friends and once-in-a-lifetime experiences and memories that we will cherish forever.

The mission trip was part of a partnership between Grace Church and Mission of Hope Haiti. It included work in schools, feeding up to 90,000 people a day, a mobile health clinic, building homes including many for the deaf community there, and a prosthetics lab funded by sales from their 3 Cords business which trains and employs handicapped Haitians in creating and selling artisan accessories, purses, and cords. If you are interested in learning more, we encourage you to check out Mission of Hope Haiti’s homepage at http://www.mohhaiti.org/ or 3 Cords’ online giftshop at http://threecordshaiti.com/.
