Pabst Pendergast industrial patina

KC Restoration’s team is excited to get to work on a fabulous new hotel project soon opening in the Pabst and Pendergast buildings of Kansas City’s Crossroads District. Check out this photo of some of last week’s work on elevator entrances; the chosen patina adds that industrial flair that ties the building’s current incarnation to its roots in the early 20th century as a plant for The Pabst Brewing Company and later Pendergast Distilling Co. We hear there may even be hidden rooms and secret tunnels from the buildings’ Prohibition history!
