Renewal at the Plaza Colonnade

KC Restoration just completed work at Plaza Colonnade. Plaza Colonnade is an innovative public-private partnership comprised of commercial and institutional uses. The site, at 48th and Main in Kansas City, MO, is positioned with dramatic views to the renowned Country Club Plaza and was previously occupied by a cherished, but structurally failing library. The new solution solved the fiscal and community needs of the library and neighborhood with a new mixed-use program. In addition to the Kansas Public Library’s Plaza Branch, the development includes nine floors of office space, a seven-level parking structure, and retail venues along a portion of Main Street. Highwood Properties manages Plaza Colonnade and hired KC Restoration to refinish the stainless steel exterior. The top picture shows the difference we make – on the right is before and on the left is after. The second picture depicts the heights we go for good service! KC Restoration is proud to maintain the gleaming architectural innovation that is the Plaza Colonnade, especially since we are also fans of good books!

Going to great heights for service above and beyond.
