Westport Middle School 1923 to 2017

Check out these before and after images of KC Restoration’s work on the terrazzo floor at Westport Middle School now Plexpod Westport Commons near 39th & Main. We are always excited to see the beauty of Kansas City’s historic buildings kept and enhanced in projects like this one that turned a 1923 school building to a co-working space for the 21st century.

Alongside stone refinishing, KC Restoration worked on the stainless steel in and around the elevators, call plates, and hall lanterns for Centric Projects. We’re thankful and proud to have worked with such talented partners and to be a part of our hometown’s exciting, continuing story of outstanding architecture.
