As more employers unveil their plans for workers to return to their offices, landlords are also getting ready to welcome back tenants. But even the nation’s most well-funded real estate moguls, whose tenants have largely paid rent throughout the pandemic, recognize that the traditional office has fundamentally changed. It’s still early to know what will draw workers back since so few have returned to the office, especially given the uncertainty about when a large percentage of the employee population will be vaccinated. That has left landlords scrambling to figure out how to attract tenants back to the office. What better way to help make an impression that to have workers welcomed back with shiny clean elevators? Elevators that are messy, grimy and full of smudges on all of the hardware conveys a certain message. You may not mean to let the messy aspects of your facility be what makes a statement about you, but that is what will happen whether you want it to or not. It can be easy to overlook these seemingly small details when it is these details that make all the difference. The elevator is one of the most widely used features of any commercial building, yet even with this much use, people tend to forget just how important it is to take care of keeping it clean. Yet when people using an elevator see it as dirty, they are only going to contribute to this by feeling comfortable with littering or leaving dirty, greasy fingerprints. Don’t make the mistake of inviting more grime and leaving a bad impression.  Show the world how seriously you take your business!  KC Restoration has a few cleaning tips for you: Items Needed:
