A Labor Day Salute to Workers

At KC Restoration, we make it a point to recognize and applaud the contributions of every worker.

The end of summer, start of the school year, beginning of the football season and the celebration of employees everywhere—it all says September and Labor Day. At KC Restoration, we make it a point to recognize and applaud the contributions of every worker.

We are always striving to improve workplace conditions, create a welcoming culture, and celebrate the workers that make our company successful.  We provide training that guides and shapes careers, and emphasize the necessity of a healthy work/life balance. KC Restoration was awarded the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Top 10 Small Business Award in 2017 because of our efforts.

Like many others, our industry was challenged to find good people as the result of the Covid-19 pandemic.  The impact is still painfully evident. However, our team has been able to overcome the obstacles of labor shortages by building an employee-focused environment, implementing rigorous recruiting strategies, and accomplishing our company mission.

The U.S. Department of Labor says Labor Day recognizes workers who have created the “highest standard of living and the greatest production the world has ever known.” We say the same can be said for the team at KC Restoration. Salute yourselves, as we salute you and your workers!
