KC Restoration went to great heights to complete exterior work on the Plaza Colonnade as you can see in the photos, which also show the wonderful results of our refinishing of the stainless steel exterior to the site at 48th and Main in Kansas City, MO. Thanks to an innovative public-private partnership, the Plaza Colonnade provided an updated home for a once structurally failing though much cherished library. In addition to the Kansas City Public Library’s Plaza Branch, the mixed-use development includes nine floors of office space, a seven-level parking structure, retail venues along a portion of Main Street, and dramatic views of Country Club Plaza. Highwood Properties manages Plaza Colonnade and hired KC Restoration to bring back the gleaming heights of this architectural innovation.
