Red, White & Blue Springs Jul 4, 2022, 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Blue Springs High School: 2000 NW Ashton Dr, Blue Springs, Missouri

Celebrate the 4th of July at Red, White, and Blue Springs! This celebration will have live music, fireworks, vendors, and more. Join us at this free event, located at Blue Springs South. Gates open at 6:30PM!

Star Spangled Spectacular Monday, July 04, 2022, 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Cooperate Woods:9401 Indian Creek Parkway, Overland Park, KS

The City of Overland Park Star Spangled Spectacular features live music from 6pm to 9:30pm. This year performances by Nicole Springer and Jim Cosgrove. Event includes food trucks and fireworks at 9:45pm. Rain date is fireworks only on July 5, 2022. Bring blankets or lawn chairs for seating.

4th of July Celebration: Platte City Jul 4, 2022, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Platte County Fairgrounds: 414 State Rte 92, Platte City, Missouri

Come out on July 4th from 10 am – 2 pm and enjoy FREE food, music and activities for the entire family! Activities include mega inflatable obstacle course, bounce house, balloon art, caricature sketches, face painting and more! FREE shuttle service will be available between Platte County High School Main Entrance and Main Street beginning from 9:45am until 2:30 pm. Downtown parking is limited. Questions? Parkville’s traditional salute to Independence Day includes a pancake breakfast, a community parade, food, fun, shopping, music by the Navy Band Great Lake Brass Quintet, a skydiving exhibition, and our fabulous Fireworks Finale at 9:30 p.m.

PARKVILLE 4th of JULY PARADE :10 am start time at 63rd Street & Hwy 9, ending on Main Street in downtown Parkville. Independence Day trivia and giveaways will start at 10 am (at 1st & Main Street).
PANCAKE BREAKFAST: 8 – 11 am at the American Legion Post, 11 Main Street
7:30 pm: FALCON SKYDIVING EXHIBITION
9:30 pm: 4TH OF JULY FIREWORKS SHOW

  • Restaurants will be open ALL DAY on the 4th
  • Many stores will be open before and after the parade. Several will be open all day!
  • Parkville Mini Golf will be Open all day
  • Face Painting with Plz Paint Me will be located near the Farmer’s Market, starting at 6 pm.
  • Platte Landing Park and the Dog Park will be closed on July 4th
  • Bring your lawn chairs and blankets for a front row seat at the Fireworks Show.

Independence Day Celebration in Independence Jul 2, 2022

We are excited to bring back the annual fireworks show in Independence, MO. Join us on Saturday, July 2 for music, food trucks and fireworks! The event is made possible through the partnership between the City and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Independence Stake.  Gates will open at the venue, 937 W. Walnut, at 5:30 p.m. Food trucks will be available and live music will begin at 7 p.m. and play through 8:45 p.m. The Spirit of Independence Concert Band will play at 9 p.m. and fireworks will begin at 9:30 p.m. Please note outside fireworks and weapons are prohibited. Smoking, pets, and alcohol will also not be allowed.

Lenexa 4th of July Community Parade  July 4th at 10:00am

The parade is back! This annual tradition in Old Town Lenexa is one of the longest Fourth of July parades in KC. Catch the parade along Santa Fe Trail Drive and Pflumm Road.

Liberty 4th Fest Sunday, July 3rd from 6 to 10 pm
Fountain Bluff Sports Complex: 2200 Old State Hwy 210 Liberty, MO

There will be family- friendly activities, live music, food and more followed by a fireworks display.

4th Of July Fireworks Show Monday, July 4th 9:45pm-10:15pm
11031 S. Valley Pkwy Olathe, Kansas

Check out the annual fireworks display in Olathe, Kansas Thursday July 4th at 9:45 pm by the College Boulevard Activity center. This is a free fireworks show that offers free parking as well. Spectators are encouraged to arrive early for optimal viewing and parking.
